Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
